I love working with adults with anxiety, depression and trauma-related issues (PTSD/CPTSD). I use techniques from mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR to help with issues like:
- childhood trauma
- relationship/sexual trauma
- panic attacks
- social anxiety
- intrusive thoughts
- self harm
