Reclaim Your Power From OCD

Living with obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors is exhausting. You know your fears don’t quite make sense but your brain won’t let them go. You’ve tried reasoning with the thoughts, avoiding them, pushing them away, but nothing sticks.

If you’re here, it’s likely because:

  • You’re self-aware and insightful
  • You already suspect (or know) that OCD is running the show
  • You’re motivated for change, even if you’re anxious about it

And you’re ready for support that’s evidence-based, compassionate, and actually works.

How I Help

I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and mindfulness-based approaches. Both methods help you retrain your brain, not by fighting your thoughts, but by changing your relationship to them.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

ERP is the gold-standard, research-backed treatment for OCD. Together, we gradually and intentionally face the fears OCD has convinced you are dangerous, while breaking the compulsive cycles that keep you stuck. Over time, your brain learns: “I can feel discomfort and I’m still okay.”

Mindfulness for OCD

Mindfulness helps you notice your thoughts without getting pulled into them. Instead of wrestling with every intrusive idea, you learn to let them be background noise. This reduces reactivity, increases flexibility, and helps you respond to your brain from a grounded place.

You’ll Learn To:

  • Stop giving OCD the steering wheel
  • Tolerate uncertainty without spiraling
  • Break out of looping thoughts and behaviors
  • Build confidence in your ability to handle discomfort
  • Reconnect with your values instead of your fears

Who I Work Best With

I’m a great fit for clients who:

  • Are insightful and open to self-reflection
  • Appreciate direct, collaborative therapy
  • Can laugh a little at the absurdity OCD creates
  • Are motivated (even if nervous!) to try ERP
