Social Media

Literally any talk on YouTube by Bessel Van der Kolk.

Thrive After Abuse channel on YouTube with Dana Morningstar. Very helpful in understanding emotional/narcissistic abuse.

Spoken Sleep Talk Down by Jason Stephenson on YouTube.

The Way of Radical Acceptance on YouTube by Matt Kahn.

Loving Kindness Meditation by UNH Health and Wellness on YouTube. This is a classic meditation. It’s presented as short, to the point, not real “fluffy”, all of which I appreciate in a meditation.
